SHIPPING CONDITIONS

At Gsport we like that you are eager to do the unboxing.

We look after each detail, so that you can make your order in or web in an intuitive way, and you can enjoy your garments as soon as possible and in a perfect state.

That is the reason why each kind of order is ruled by its own particular shipping rules.

CUSTOM ORDERS

After creating the equipment wich you have wished so much, we know taht you are dying to have it in your hands and wear it in the next group ride. So, in these orders the shipping will be made in only one shipping and transport fees are to be paid at arrival, from which we will inform you by the time we make your quotation.

From the 1st of September to 24th of December, the order will be delivered approximately in 4 weeks time after you have observed these requirements:

  1.  Confirmation of the design through an e-mail (Definitive OK )

  2. Confirmation of payment of 50% of the order through an e-mail. 

  3.  Confirmation of the order through an e-mail (Sizes and quantities) 

From the 25th of December to the 28th of February, the order will be delivered in approximately 5 weeks after being done the requirements mentioned before.

 

From the 1st of March to the 30th of June, the order will be delivered in 6 or 7 weeks (approximately 45 days) after being done the requirements mentioned before.

 

COLLECTION ORDERS

For those of you who cannot bear the waiting and want to enjoy our equipment as soon as possible, we have many products to show and offer you, ready and available to be delivered to you in 24-72 hours in the Iberian Peninsula and Baelaric Islands at free delivery if your order is above 40€ and with a transport fee of 4.99€ if your order is below that figure.

In order to cope with the likelihood of dealing with a return of a GSPORT product, it will be compulsory that you keep the label and the original packaging in a perfect state, and without being used or washed at all. When arranging a return, please, be sure that the product is well packed and protected against any transport damages. If it happens that we have run out of stock of your selected product, we will arrange the production in order to deliver it to you in 4 days time from the order placement.

RETURNS AND CHANGES

In the case of a hypothetic delivery of defective product, GSPORT will arrange the replacement of such defective product. The obligation of GSPORT is strictly limited to this point.

– No return of goods will be accepted unless it has been formerly authorised.

– The allowed returns should have a joining copy of the invoice or copy of the delivery note related to the returned goods. Lacking of any of these data will make the payment impossible.

– The return formerly authorised by GSPORT will be made the transport agency set by GSPORT, and never to be paid at arrival (the payment of the transport fees will be made by the customer.

RETURNS OF COLLECTION PRODUCT

Only those orders which were made through the web page www.gsport.es could be accepted to be returned.

In no way, a return whose purchase was made in a GSPORT authorised selling point or Premium Store can be arranged through the web page. In such case, you must come back to the selling point where you made the purchase and show your purchase ticket or delivery note.

Gsport will not pay attention to those products bought from a third party, outlet items or second hand used items. In such cases we have nothing to do with such transactions, so we are not responsible for any changes or returns.

 

·      Returns due to factory defects or failures: In this case the transport fees will go on GSPORT, and you will have to show the corresponding copy of the invoice or the corresponding copy of the delivery note, together with the “Incident Form” (Modelo de Incidencias), and then we will arrange the collect of the parcel (through a transport company stated and scheduled by GSPORT). Once the parcel is in our workshop, we will assess the claim and will send and answer to you. If your request is approved, we will arrange the money refund of the value of the order of the garment through the same method used by the customer.

CHANGES OF COLLECTION PRODUCT

Only changes of size or color will be accepted to be done through the web page for those ítems bought from the web page www.gsport.es.

In no way, a return, whose purchase was made in a GSPORT authorised selling point or Premium Store, can be arranged through the web page. In such case, you must come back to the selling point where you made the purchase and show your purchase ticket or delivery note.

The changes can be done among Collection Products, per colours and sizes of the same product (as long as they don’t have failures, and also filling in an “Incident Form” for returning -due to factory defects or failures-  ) GSPORT will pay the transport fees, as long the collect is scheduled by the enterprise and using the cheapest transport modality. On the other hand, the customer will pay the transport fees in the case of Express shipping or other modalities.

RETURNS AND CHANGES OF CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

If the return is arranged due to factory defects or failures (Always to be proved and previously assessed by our team), the transport fees will be paid by the Enterprise, and, there will be no option to change or return anyway.
