Shipping & Returns


Deliveries will be carried out using the postal service or the courier companies offered on the website and, within the possible options, by those the customer chooses. The seller reserves the right to vary the delivery time and the company it is carried out through, regardless of what is stated on these pages and provided that it is not in any way detrimental to the customer. Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes under any circumstances.

Once payment of the products has been confirmed, the approximate delivery time in European countries is between 5 and 7 working days, and between 7 and 9 days for deliveries to the rest of the world. These time periods may vary according to the country of destination due to circumstances beyond the contracted courier's control. The seller of the product does not accept responsibility under any circumstances for the delays arising from retentions at customs or those due to circumstances beyond the postal service’s control.
The Customer Services Department has an after-sales service to resolve any issue related to the Products or deliveries, through which support is offered to customers.


1. Exchanges

To exchange our items online:

  • Send us an email to stating EXCHANGE, the order number and item to exchange.
  • We will respond to you with the address that you will need to send the package to, in the same condition as you received it, within 15 days of receipt of your order.
  • You must return the item of clothing by courier service and the shipping costs will be borne by you.
  • The product must not have been used. You must send it in the same conditions you received it in. Using or including its original packaging as well as the instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it.
  • Products that are not in the same condition as when they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be exchanged.
  • Once received, we will examine it and inform you by email within a reasonable amount of time whether the exchange will be carried out.
  • If the exchange is approved, we will send you a discount code for the value of the exchanged product (never the delivery costs).
  • The delivery costs for the new delivery of the product to the customer’s home will be borne by the customer.
  • You must place the new exchange order, selecting the new items you want to purchase and using the discount code.
  • The value of the new exchange order must be EQUAL TO or HIGHER than the items being exchanged, it must not be a lower amount under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges or returns will not be accepted of products bought in the OUTLET section or ITEMS WITH A DISCOUNT OR OFFER from our online store.
  • For the Canary Islands and Europe, the only valid option is a return, as detailed below.
2.  Returns and Right of Withdrawal.

The Customer Services Department has an after-sales service to resolve any issue related to the products or deliveries, through which support is offered to customers.

In the event of any issue arising, the customer must complete the contact form to state the issue and/or the reasons for the complaint if applicable. The Customer Services Department will contact the customer as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

In any case, GSport reserves the right to cancel the contract. In this case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the payments made will be reimbursed.

3.  Right of Withdrawal.


In accordance with the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16th November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the time of receipt of the product. To do so, you must complete and return the following form.

In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will return all of the payments received to you, excluding the delivery costs, without any due delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The customer of any product offered on this website, except for those who have bought personalised products in accordance with their prior specifications, has the right to withdraw or rescind the contract in the 14 days from the receipt of the item without needing to justify their decision and without any kind of penalty.
