Shipping & Returns


Delivery times are between 5-7 days (Europe) and 7-9 days for the rest of the world, once payment of the order is received. In Gsport we work with different transport agencies, we cannot guarantee a specific agency.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging, as well as postal charges.

We advise grouping all the desired items in the same order, since we cannot combine two different orders and the shipping costs will be applied for each order individually.

The company is not responsible for any damage that the goods may suffer during shipment, but we do everything possible to protect the items, which are properly packaged and safely.



* The shipment will be made after receipt of payment.

* All orders received after 18:00h in the afternoon will be processed the next day.

* The transport agency will make up to 2 attempts to deliver the package at the indicated address. In the case of not being able to contact the customer after the 2 delivery attempts, the package will pass to the destination delegation a maximum of seven days so that the customer will pick up at the delegation, in the event that the customer does not pick up the package, it will be returned to our facilities. In the event that the package is returned to our facilities for not locating the customer, it will be the customer who assumes the shipping costs again.

*National or regional holidays, no shipments will be made.

*In case there is no stock of a model, the order will be sent when the stock is replenished in this case the customer will be notified by mail.


If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make the change or return.

You must bear in mind that to make an exchange or return, it is necessary that the item is returned in its original packaging and with labels, without use or wear, in the same conditions that it was received.

We can only accept return on purchases made directly in If a Gsport product has been purchased at an external point of sale, please contact the salesperson or store directly to proceed with the return.


How to make a return

To make a return, the customer will only have to send a request, indicating the order number, to our email

Once we receive the request for return or exchange, we will contact to indicate the address or the procedure to follow for the return. The shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer (except in case of product with defect or prior agreement with Customer Service).

If a change is desired, the transport costs of the product to be changed will be borne by the customer, and the shipping costs of the new product will be borne by Gsport.

It should be taken into account that the items to be returned must retain their original labels and must not have been used or washed, they must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging, in addition to verifying the return deadlines indicated (15 days from receipt). The return, cancellation or exchange must meet all these conditions to be accepted.

Once the item has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email informing you of the acceptance of the return/exchange.

The refund of the money will be made with the same means of payment used by the client.

In case of not fulfilling any of the conditions for the return, we will contact the customer to return the items that have not been accepted, and in this case, the transport costs generated by this return will be borne by your account.
