Once payment for the products has been confirmed, the approximate delivery time in European countries is 5-7 working days, and 7-9 days for shipments to the rest of the world. These deadlines may be altered depending on the country of destination by circumstances beyond the contracted courier services. In no case is the seller of the product responsible for delays arising from customs withholdings or those due to circumstances beyond the postal service provider.

We will answer you with the address where you will have to send the package, in the same conditions that you received it, within 15 days from the reception of your order.
You must return the garment by courier service and shipping costs will be borne by you.

2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal.

In the event of any incident, the buyer must complete the contact form stating the incident and / or if appropriate the reasons for the claim. The Customer Service Department will contact the buyer as soon as possible to resolve the incident.
In any case, GSport reserves the right to terminate the contract. In such a case, it will inform the customer as soon as possible and any payments made will be refunded.
3. Right of Withdrawal.
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the time you received the product. In the event that you exercise the right of withdrawal we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery charges without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
